About Cotton Mendenhall

Cotton Mendenhall is a native Dallasite and started his career in the education sector as a teacher, then counselor, after receiving his Master’s in Counseling. He received his real estate license in July of 2003, and is currently a proud member of The Chris Hickman Group! Cotton has been helping his clients buy and sell in Dallas and surrounding areas including Cedar Creek Lake. Guiding first-time buyers and sellers is one of Cotton’s specialties, and he excels in communication and explaining the process from the first showing to the closing the table. One of the best affirmations for Cotton is helping his past clients sell and move into their next home.

 

His lifelong connection to Dallas, living and working in multiple areas, knowledge of the DFW and Cedar Creek Lake markets, coupled with his incredible negotiating skills and unbeatable people skills, gives his clients an edge when searching for, or selling, a home.

 

Cotton’s professional designations include membership in MetroTex, Texas Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Certified Home Marketing Specialist.

 

Cotton and his partner Lance live in Dallas and enjoy exercising, home improvement, traveling to the beach, Santa Fe, exploring the mountains, and spending time at their lake house at Cedar Creek where business meets relaxing pleasure.
